FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is situated in the largest industrial place in northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of forklifts, presses, farming machinery and prefabrication molds.
In the year 1963, the company started crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently produces and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for various applications and there are units available to cover all construction requirements.
FMgru has some really flexible lifting options for smaller businesses working on private houses and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and really adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes offer a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any building or construction project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are particularly designed to work in tight sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are located in close proximity to each other.
