End Control Forklifts
The stand-up end control forklift is an extremely flexible equipment and is popular in the material handling industry. These machinery have great performance features which are quite like sit-down electric forklift models.
These lift truck units are ideal for warehouse settings which have limited space. The space required to use these equipment are less than the three-wheel electric lift truck truck needs. These machinery are an excellent alternative for applications which need regular on and off access, as their stand-up design is an excellent characteristic.
The reach truck is a loading equipment utilized by a variety of companies that maintain a storage facility involving the arrangement of finished products on pallets and supplies that are stacked or stored into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides easy and safe retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also a great alternative for those who prefer to store pallets of goods they do not need yet in an efficient and safe way.
The basic reach truck unit is equipped with an out-rigging mechanism located on the front of the truck. A set of telescoping blades which move down and up are mounted to the out-rigging. The tines additionally include a hydraulic setup that allows the driver to lift the load and move it over the out-riggers. This design not just provides more balance to the overall load, but makes it very easy for the reach truck to move into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
Once the selected shelf has been identified, the hydraulic tines swing into action and lower the pallet into the shelving unit, helping to slide the load into position. Usually, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle that is less than 10 feet wide without any problem, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
