Telescopic forklifts
Telescopic forklifts provide height and versatility. These models are outfitted with a pronged lift on an arm which extends over the top of the truck. The arm, or crane, is called a telescopic boom. The boom allows the person using it to raise the cargo to great heights while maintaining a high degree of control. Regular forklifts aren't able to move the load towards and away from the cab of the forklift, while a telescopic forklift can allow that movement. The telescopic forklift is usually utilized in both agriculture and construction. It is recommended for applications where greater control and lift is needed.
A forklift carton clamp attachments are recommended in situations needing high volume carton handling. The attachment has arm pads with four way reversible rubber linings that allow the operator to use uniform clamping force when lifting a cargo. It comes with a backrest which protects the cargo from damage.
A slip sheet attachment fits onto a slip sheet forklift. It is utilized for storing systems that don't utilize pallets. The attachment clamps onto the slip sheet and pulls it onto the forklift forks. This type of system is useful for overseas shipments and intra-corporate deliveries.
A man basket is a lift platform meant specifically to raise personnel. The basket attaches to the forks on the forklift, held in with a chain or strap which is to be directly secured to the forklift carriage. The platform has railings to protect the personnel from falling to the ground. Brackets on the platform are used for fastening the worker's safety harness.
