Instead of going through training because staff are required to, they must have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer should help staff understand the importance of correct training. Let them know that they can injure or kill not only themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make sure that your staff undertake training seriously.
