Our numerous years of experience in the overall designing process and in making high quality products helps to allow our customers receive the proven technology their diverse applications need.

SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than 12 years in the United States market place. Various businesses such as Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Scrap Handling, as well as numerous other material handling facilities like Bulk Transfer Facilities presently utilizing our grabs and buckets to do their tasks.

Peiner's design philosophy has continually revolved around the idea of producing grabs which handle the largest volume as opposed to grab dead weight. Usually, the bucket and grab lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight vs. 40 percent grab dead weight. This means moving greater quantities of materials quicker. The wear and tear on the structure of the crane and its related parts is less. Through a combination of manufacturing with high quality materials and innovative design, the weight ration which is required is attained.

To be able to meet the specific needs of our clients' individual requirements, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to over 50 cubic yards. Additionally, Peiner USA Inc. provides a complete service facility and spare parts facility for the models purchased in the United States, along with the addition of brand new grabs and buckets.
